InVision is a prototyping, workflow and collaboration platform for designers.
Despite having no sales & marketing functions, InVision had grown impressively off the back of a great product and strong word of mouth.
After taking a large round of funding, they needed to scale that growth by increasing customer acquisition and monetisation.
As the first marketing hire, I was tasked with building the marketing function from the ground up.
DEVELOPED PERSONAS
Interviewed 30+ customers and built detailed buyer personas that drove highly-targeted marketing execution.

Launched new website to showcase new messaging and rolled out a high velocity A/B testing program to increase conversion rates.
