OneSaaS connects your business apps (eCommerce, Accounting, CRM) and automatically shares data between them, saving small business owners from hours of manual data entry.

The backstory

Before I joined, OneSaaS had taken a very traditional approach to marketing. Lead by a former bank marketer, their online and content efforts were minimal and they had previously focused a lot on brand marketing which was ineffective for a startup in their position.

 

With a round of funding about to land, OneSaaS knew they needed to build a marketing team to help them grow and they needed nothing but A-grade players to be able to drive results.

Work

As the new head of marketing, I was tasked with growing customer acquisition through B2B SaaS marketing best practices.

DEVELOPED PERSONAS

Interviewed 50+ customers and built detailed buyer personas that drove highly-targeted marketing execution.

IMPLEMENTED ANALYTICS

Implemented a comprehensive marketing analytics & technology stack to gain deep insights into acquisition rates & uncover opportunities.

BUILT A MARKETING TEAM

Built, aligned and lead a marketing team of 2 to execute our highest priority marketing initiatives.
